About the Role:
Join the Moreland Courts Condo Association team as a Maintenance Worker, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring our community remains a welcoming and safe environment. Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and service calls.
- Maintain and repair common areas, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
- Assist with seasonal maintenance projects, such as snow removal.
- Document maintenance activities and report any major issues to management.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
