What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist visitors, residents, and staff with professionalism and warmth
Answer incoming calls, transfer calls appropriately, and take accurate messages
Manage sign-in procedures and visitor logs
Provide administrative and clerical support as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
What We’re Looking For:
Prior receptionist or administrative experience preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor
Ability to work Monday–Friday on a consistent schedule
Comfortable working as part of a collaborative team
