About the Role

Morefield Real Estate Media (MREM) is looking for an energetic, coachable, and service-driven team member to join our growing team. Based in Scranton, PA, we spend our days helping real estate agents across Northeast Pennsylvania showcase properties through professional photography, video, drone content, and exceptional customer service.

This is much more than a photography position.

You’ll represent our company in the field while working directly with real estate agents, homeowners, and clients. You’ll help agents feel comfortable on camera, capture listing media, and create a professional, positive experience during every appointment.

No prior photography, videography, or real estate experience is required.

What You’ll Do

• Travel to residential properties for scheduled appointments
• Capture real estate photography and video content (training provided)
• Help direct real estate agents on camera
• Create a fun, positive, and professional experience during shoots
• Follow company systems while adapting to different properties and situations
• Upload media after appointments (no editing required)
• Represent the company professionally at every appointment
• Work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of clients and properties

This is an active, people-focused role where no two days are exactly the same.

Schedule & Availability

• Wednesday-Friday availability required but the more availability the better!
• Approximately 20-30 hours per week
• Daytime business hours (9am to dusk)
• Frequent travel throughout the region
• Hours vary depending on season and demand

A reliable vehicle is required, as driving between appointments is a regular part of the job. Our team serves a large portion of Northeast Pennsylvania, including Scranton, Lake Ariel, Honesdale, Hawley, and the surrounding areas throughout Lackawanna, Wayne, Pike, Monroe, Luzerne, Wyoming, and Susquehanna Counties.

Compensation & Growth Opportunities

• Paid training: $18/hour (typically 3-4 weeks)
• After FAA Part 107 drone certification: $30/hour
• After video certification: $35/hour
• Mileage reimbursement: $0.30/mile

FAA Part 107 drone certification is required within the first 30 days of employment and will be reimbursed after successful completion. We will provide study material and support through this process.

There is a clear path for growth as you learn additional skills and certifications.
