Duties
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing expert guidance and support throughout the transaction process
- Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contract terms to secure favorable deals for clients
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote listings across various channels, including digital platforms and community outreach
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and market analyses to attract potential buyers and tenants
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and local real estate laws during all transactions
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property details, and transaction documents using real estate administrative tools
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
Experience
- Valid real estate license in accordance with Pennsylvania. Willing to help unlicensed agents go through the process.
- Prior experience ok, but willing to train the right person.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients
- Strong marketing acumen with familiarity in digital advertising and social media promotion
- Outgoing personality ideal, not afraid to ask questions, make a phone call, etc.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations, real estate law, and property management practices
- Exceptional communication skills paired with organizational expertise to manage multiple transactions efficiently
- Previous administrative experience within a real estate setting is highly desirable

In this position you would be a team member on a growing team, in a top company. Must have reliable transportation, and be available to work 7 days a week, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The pay is 100% commission based, but the possibilities for income are endless.
