Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our outstanding team of clinicians and fulfill the needs of our growing practice! We highly regard ambition, creativity, and teamwork.
Main job responsibilities include:
  • Serving our children and families by providing comprehensive assessment and high-quality intervention of children in the areas of fine motor, gross motor, visual motor/perception, self-care, executive functioning, sensory processing, and emotional regulation skills
  • Developing individualized home education programs
  • Maintaining timely documentation according to company standards
  • Coordinating care with other health professionals
  • Participating in screenings, enrichment programs, homeschool classes, and any other programs in-line with the mission of More to Say
  • Contributing to team success by excelling in the individual role


Job Requirements
  • Must love working with children!
  • Strong time management skills
  • Reliable and motivated
  • Quick learner and problem solver
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enjoys working in a team environment
  • Master's in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited graduate program
  • Current state speech language pathologist license (CT) or Supervised Professional Experience (SPE)
  • National certification through ASHA or Clinical Fellow (CF)

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
