What You’ll Do
- Assist walk-in customers, phone callers, and online inquiries with equipment sales, product information, and pricing.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of tractors, construction and turf equipment, implements, and other product lines we carry.
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding needs and offering the right solutions.
- Prepare quotes, process sales orders, and coordinate with service/parts teams for a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging sales floor and showroom.
- Support inventory checks and product displays.
- Stay informed on current promotions, financing options, and industry trends.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous equipment sales experience is a strong plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.
- Agricultural, construction, mechanical, or outdoor power equipment knowledge helpful.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn product features, specs, and applications quickly.
- Comfortable using computer-based POS systems, email, and basic office software.
- Positive attitude, team player, and dependable work ethic.
