You hate conflict. Helping customers with problems sometimes takes thick skin.
You don’t like to get outside your box. Customer service is very fluid, and you will be expected to help with things outside your normal routine.
Reasons you might love this job:
You want to make a real impact. We are small and growing so opportunities abound and what you do has a big impact on our success.
You enjoy people. Our customers typically turn into friends and building those relationships is a large part of the job.
