This is an opportunity to get into the Skilled Nursing and Healthcare field! Moravian is looking for Universal Workers for our 109 bed Skilled Nursing Facility who are looking to transition into a Direct Care CNA position. These are evening and overnight positions that will allow you, with Moravian's assistance, to enroll in a CNA training program during the day. Universal Workers are non Direct Care employees who still get to work with residents! Sit with them one on one, assist with activities, pass water and snacks, help with resident transports, make beds and do certain housekeeping tasks. Then, once you complete your CNA training program, you have a guaranteed CNA position at Moravian!
