Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality, individualized care to residents while ensuring the delivery of safe and effective healthcare services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, a commitment to excellence, and a passion for working with elderly populations.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patient conditions, documenting changes in physical, mental, and emotional health.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans for residents.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care.
- Provide education and emotional support to residents and their families.
- Supervise and mentor nursing assistants and other support staff.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and maintain accurate patient records.
- Respond to medical emergencies promptly and effectively.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to facility protocols and best practices.

Qualifications:- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in PA.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
- Strong assessment, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented.
Salary : $36 - $39
