What You'll Do
- Understand and execute the dealership sales process from prospecting to vehicle delivery
- Present and demonstrate inventory effectively to customers
- Review, update, and manage leads in CRM
- Prepare and review monthly forecast with sales leadership
- Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and monthly unit targets
- Stay up-to-date on products, market trends, and certifications
What We're Looking For
- Prior retail automotive sales experience required
- Sales training, industry experience, or relevant education is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
