Customer Project Coordinator
Contract to Hire

Compensation DOE: Up to $30/hr.
A growing organization is seeking a Project Coordinator to support end-to-end customer engagement and project execution in a fast-paced environment. This role sits at the intersection of customer service, inside sales, and project coordination, ensuring seamless delivery from quote through completion.
What you will be doing as a Project Coordinator
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the full project lifecycle
- Partner closely with sales to support bids, quotes, and order execution
- Coordinate cross-functionally with operations, production, purchasing, and logistics teams
- Manage project timelines, delivery schedules, and customer communications
- Support quoting activities including freight, load planning, and installation coordination
- Drive a high-touch, responsive customer experience while meeting deadlines
What you will need as a Project Coordinator:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or project coordination
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
- Comfortable working across departments in a collaborative environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
