We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment where reliability is everything. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for keeping high-speed production equipment operating at peak performance—from blow molding and injection molding systems to conveyors, palletizers, and critical facility utilities.

What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Maintain and troubleshoot production machinery, conveyors, and plant utilities (chillers, air compressors, etc.)
- Support preventive maintenance programs and minimize downtime
- Work cross-functionally with Operators, Supervisors, and Senior Technicians to quickly resolve issues
- Troubleshoot industrial controls, PLC I/O, and electrical systems
- Document repairs, work orders, and parts usage
- Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements
- Support production needs and maintain consistent attendance
What You Bring:
- 4 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or similar environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills using schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Experience with high-speed manufacturing equipment (packaging, plastics, etc.)
- Knowledge of VFDs, servo motors, PLCs, and industrial networks
- Experience working with equipment such as Krones, Sidel, Husky, or similar
- Welding/fabrication skills (MIG, TIG, Stick)
- Working knowledge of 480VAC and 24VDC electrical systems
- Ability to read P&IDs and diagnose complex systems
- Comfortable using precision tools and shop equipment
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to communicate effectively across teams
- Must supply your own basic tools and toolbox
Education:
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred: Associate degree in Manufacturing Technology, Mechatronics, or related field
