Industrial Maintenance and Reliability Technician
Location: Terre Haute, IN
Employment Type: Full-time (First Shift)
Compensation: Up to $40/hour DOE

A day in the life
- Start with a safety-focused walk-through, review maintenance logs, and prioritize preventive maintenance to reduce unplanned downtime.
- Respond to production calls to troubleshoot cranes and equipment, working confidently with 24V to 480V, 3-phase electrical systems.
- Dig into root causes across PLC, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to restore performance fast.
- Fabricate or weld fixtures and tools as needed for special projects and equipment enhancement.
- Complete OSHA and safety inspections, document work thoroughly, and keep detailed downtime and maintenance records.
- Partner with operations on improvements that elevate reliability and throughput.
