Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle exterior washing, cleaning, and interior detailing to meet high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Use automotive buffers and polishing equipment for vehicle paint correction and buffing tasks
- Safely operate standard passenger cars and manual transmission vehicles, electric vehicles, trucks and commercial vehicles during detailing processes
- Maintain vehicle exterior and interior cleanliness using appropriate cleaning equipment and techniques
- Apply safe work practices consistently while handling heavy lifting, auto detailing tools, and cleaning supplies
- Conduct vehicle inspections to identify areas needing special attention or repair before delivery
- Ensure the auto detailing facility remains organized, clean, and compliant with safety protocols
Experience
- Proven experience as an auto body detailer or in automotive buffing, polishing, or paint correction roles within a professional auto detailing environment
- Verifiable experience working with standard passenger cars, including manual transmission vehicles, electric vehicles, trucks and commercial vehicles
- Knowledge of safe work practices related to heavy lifting, equipment handling, and vehicle cleaning procedures
- Familiarity with automotive buffers, buffing compounds, and vehicle exterior washing techniques
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently in a busy auto detailing facility
