What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Assistant position at Moos Family Dental?

Administrative duties will include but are not limited to; excellent customer service skills, treatment plan organization, insurance verification and charting health history and treatment in our electronic dental system.
Dental Assisting duties include but are not limited to; assisting the dentist during procedures, setting up trays and rooms in preparation of procedures, taking x-rays, disinfecting operatories, sterilizing instruments and maintaining inventory. Dental assisting experience is not required for this position. X-ray certification is preferred but not required. Working hours are Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
