What are the responsibilities and job description for the SGR Lunchroom Supervisor/Patrol position at Moorhead School District 152?
Lunchroom Supervisor:
Supports students through the customer service line, seating in the cafeteria and dismissal from the lunchroom tables as they complete their meal. Assists with the maintenance of the cafeteria area in order to comply with federal, state, local and department requirements. Communicates promptly and works harmoniously with the students and staff.
- Supervises students during lunch period in an area designated by the Principal.
- Monitors students for appropriate behavior while they are in the lunchroom.
Crossing Guard:
Provide student and parent pedestrian safety by facilitating safe passage of school children across high traffic streets and intersections.
- Provide safe crossing or passage of school children (and/or pedestrians) pursuant to the procedures learned in the required specialized training course.
- Monitor potentially dangerous, hazardous traffic and/or vehicular problems.
