Your Impact:
- Lead strategic account management for multiple nonprofit clients, aligning marketing and fundraising strategies with their organizational goals.
- Champion client satisfaction through proactive relationship management and serve as the escalation point for high-impact issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative, integrated marketing solutions that drive measurable results.
- Oversee the execution of omnichannel campaigns, ensuring quality, consistency, and performance across all deliverables.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights to clients and Moore leadership.
- Foster a culture of excellence, mentorship, and continuous learning within your team.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration and creative problem-solving to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
- Ensure team proficiency in planning, reporting, and data analysis tools to support strategic decision-making.
- 8–10 years of agency experience, with at least 5 years in direct marketing fundraising.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven success in managing and scaling client accounts, with a strong track record of client satisfaction.
- Deep understanding of direct marketing and omnichannel campaign strategies.
- Skilled in interpreting data and generating insights to inform strategy.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with experience managing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the confidence to engage executive-level stakeholders.
