Your Impact:
- Participate in the preparation of monthly balance sheets, profit & loss statements and other financial documents.
- Maintain monthly reconciliations, including but not limited to bank accounts, assets and liabilities and reports issues to be resolved.
- Journal entry creation and posting.
- Review vendor invoices for proper coding and adherence to the organization’s capitalization policy.
- Support the accounting team by assisting other areas as needed.
- 1 year experience in all facets of accounting.
- Bachelor/Associates degree is preferred.
- Experience with managing time with simultaneous tasks and projects.
- Understanding of and the ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles.
- Experience in QuickBooks is a plus
- Expertise in handling confidential and sensitive employee, customer, and company information.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, high attention to Excel.
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Inquisitive mind to learn and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
