Your Impact:
- Leads the development of holistic brand strategies, defining positioning, audience segmentation, messaging architecture, and go-to-market approaches across integrated campaigns.
- Serves as the primary strategic partner to clients, translating organizational vision and objectives into differentiated brand platforms and omnichannel strategies that drive engagement and long-term brand equity.
- Owns brand stewardship across all initiatives, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, visual identity, and messaging across all channels, touchpoints, and partnerships.
- Leads and informs brand research initiatives, including audience insights, brand perception studies, and competitive analysis, synthesizing findings into actionable strategic recommendations.
- Guides the application of brand strategy across campaign execution, partnering with creative, media, PR, influencer, and analytics teams to ensure all outputs align with the brand platform and strategic intent.
- Collaborates with internal Moore teams and external partners to bring brand strategies to life through compelling creative, audience-first storytelling, and insight-driven activation.
- Aligns cross-functional teams—including creative, media, research, PR, and analytics—around a unified brand approach, ensuring cohesion and consistency across all integrated efforts.
- Provides strategic oversight and input to campaign planning and performance discussions to ensure alignment with brand objectives and overall business goals.
- Performs other duties as required.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 10 or more years of brand strategy and management experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading omnichannel marketing or communications campaigns.
- Experience working with nonprofit organizations or purpose-driven brands required.
- Strong expertise in brand strategy, including positioning, messaging frameworks, audience segmentation, and brand architecture.
- Ability to translate complex client goals into clear, differentiated brand strategies that inform integrated marketing execution.
- Proven experience managing large, multi-channel marketing campaigns with a strong focus on brand consistency and impact.
- Exceptional client management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to guide senior stakeholders through brand decision-making.
- Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams including creative, media, PR, research, and analytics.
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate brand strategy clearly and persuasively.
- Highly organized with strong attention to timelines, budgets, and performance metrics tied to both brand and campaign outcomes.
- Adaptable and solution-oriented in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Fully competent in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems; able to quickly learn new tools and platforms.

Salary : $85,000 - $110,000
