You will not only create content but work to scale it, maintain its quality, enable content automation, and drive content ROI. You will be a key member of the marketing team.

Your Impact:
- Own and execute content marketing strategy for Moore and align with business goals
- Create, manage, and execute on the content strategy and editorial calendar
- Create and manage centralized content models, templates, and guidance to guide human and AI-based content creation
- Lead the generative AI creation of content and ensure its quality, accuracy, and ethical creation
- Create high-quality multimodal content, including video, audio, social, and both short- and long-form text
- Own and write blog content
- Write and edit whitepapers, scripts, guides, case studies, emails, web pages, social copy, and sales enablement assets
- Assist the sales team with editing and proofing of RFP responses
- Create thought leadership materials for Moore and for internal experts, talking with subject matter experts to create effective materials
- Work with our creative team on visuals, infographics, advertisements, and multimedia content
- Partner with product marketing on messaging, strategy, and execution of one-pagers, product summaries, case studies, testimonials and other sales enablement materials
- Partner with digital marketing to create materials for campaigns, paid media, emails, websites, and search engine marketing
- Manage content approval workflow and provide quality control for all content
- Track performance of content and optimize future content based on metrics
- Mentor team members and help define content best practices and processes
- 5 years working in B2B content marketing. Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with extensive omnichannel work
- Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple assignments
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with generative AI systems strongly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and multimedia creation tools.
- Technical proficiency with content management systems, APIs, and development principles.
- Familiarity with data analysis, automation tools, and artificial intelligence concepts.
- Experience working with subject matter experts and interview subjects
- Hands-on experience with CRMs a plus, especially for Salesforce and Pardot
- Hands-on experience with project management software a plus, especially Workfront
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Salary : $100,000 - $115,000
