Your Impact
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift; ensure trays are face down once emptied.
- Prioritize and process high-volume client work with accuracy and urgency.
- Collaborate with teammates to maintain a steady and timely flow of prepared documents to the scanning department.
- Sort and place clean, non-donor reply device work in the designated area, organized by client.
- Participate in a team-based process — while one teammate consolidates and checks work, the other delivers clean batches to scanning.
- Deliver flagged or special work to scanning in clearly labeled trays.
- Immediately report processing errors or inconsistencies to management.
- Properly identify and distinguish between high-capacity and slower work types.
- Pull work from the belt, process as needed, and deliver directly to scanning.
- Ensure all daily priority clients are processed and separated by Senior Account Manager assignments.
- Review the posted client priority list daily to guide workflow.
- Deliver credit card donations to the designated secure area as jobs are completed.
- Assist occasionally with political data prep or opening department tasks.
- Route special document types directly to data entry.
- Communicate proactively with management to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Stand for extended periods and lift trays weighing over 10 pounds (carts are available for transport).
- Maneuver between departments (minimum 100 ft – maximum 600 ft at a time).
- Remain on the production floor until scheduled breaks and participate in mandatory overtime as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently within established procedures.
- Dependable, adaptable, and able to adjust to fluctuating workloads.
- Physical stamina for standing throughout the shift and lifting over 10 pounds.
- Ability to maneuver between departments and remain on the floor until designated breaks.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in data preparation, production, or document handling is a plus.
