Your Impact:
- Prepare and sort source documents, identifying and interpreting data to be entered.
- Enter alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents into the computer following formatting guidelines.
- Verify the accuracy of entered data, making necessary corrections as needed.
- Perform basic mathematical functions, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Utilize basic problem-solving skills to address data discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient data entry processes.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in data entry or a related field preferred.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in typing and data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Ability to problem-solve and identify discrepancies in data entry.
- Comfortable working with computers and data entry software.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds occasionally.
- Must be able to sit and use hands and fingers for keying and writing purposes.
