Your Impact:
- Sort and prepare outgoing mail, packages, cards, petitions, and materials according to detailed client requirements
- Remove glue and residue from coins received through the mail, ensuring they are cleaned, sorted, and processed accurately
- Organize, classify, and label cards based on design, signatures, personal messages, and client specifications
- Accurately process bounce-back cards, petitions, and BRM mail, including bundling, labeling, and preparing trays for USPS credit
- Maintain a clean, organized workflow while meeting production goals and supporting overall department efficiency
- Assist other departments as needed during periods of high volume or fluctuating mail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
