This is a full-time position in a family friendly environment.
We are looking for someone with an upbeat attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a multi-faceted role. Candidates should be able to support advisors by interfacing with clients in-person, as well as via phone and email. Additionally, candidates should be able to handle office tasks, off-site event management, and respond dynamically as additional situations present themselves.
To be successful as an Office Manager at Moore Wealth, candidates should be prepared and responsive, professional, and consistently maintain attention to detail. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication.
Office Manager Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to advisors and team members.
- Handle office management tasks, to include: filing, CRM database management, calendar management, setting up for meetings, supply management, and light cleaning.
- Screen phone calls and route callers to the appropriate party.
- Coordinate and prepare for events.
- Greet and assist clients, and other visitors.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
Office Manager Requirements:
- Associate’s Degree or relevant professional experience.
- Excellent computer skills to include MS Office proficiency.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to think conceptually.
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
- Strong problem solving skills.
Bonus Skills
