You ensure member experience is exceptional, the workspace runs smoothly, and the business continues to grow.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Operations- Oversee daily Intelligent Office® franchise operations, front-desk experience, and client traffic flow- Maintain facility readiness: security, access control, maintenance, cleaning, and IT coordination- Manage vendor relationships (telecom/VoIP, cleaning, utilities, networking, signage, etc.)- Run occupancy and utilization reports; assist ownership with revenue, budget, and KPIsClient Experience & Service Delivery- Welcome and onboard new members, tenants, and virtual-office clients- Ensure flawless execution of call-answering, mail handling, scheduling, and administrative services- Serve as escalation point for client concerns and deliver timely resolutions- Coordinate conference-room bookings, hosted meetings, and event logisticsSales & Relationship Management- Give prospective clients tours and support franchise owner in structuring proposals and agreements- Renew, up-sell, and expand current customer services (virtual receptionist, office packages, add-on admin support)- Support marketing activities: email campaigns, local chamber events, social posts, networkingStaff Leadership- Supervise and schedule Receptionists / Client Service Associates- Train new staff on Intelligent Office® systems, scripts, call handling, and SOPs- Reinforce a culture of hospitality, professionalism, and accountabilityWhat You Bring- 3–5 years of experience in office management, hospitality, customer service leadership, administrative management, or business center operations- Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability- Excellent communication skills, client diplomacy, and a service-first mindset- Familiarity with CRM / VoIP systems / scheduling platforms- Professional demeanor—comfortable supporting attorneys, executives, startups, and small-business clientsWhy Join Us- Competitive base pay bonus potential tied to location performance- Work environment that blends hospitality, business operations, and professional networking- Real career growth — future paths include Franchise Operations Leader, or multi-site General Manager- A chance to help small businesses grow—and see the impact of your workHow to ApplyEmail your resume a short intro to manassas.va@intelligentoffice.com: - Subject: Office Manager – Intelligent Office® Manassas, VADo you want to be stand out as a candidate?
