What You’ll Do:• Manage the full F&I process from menu presentation to funding• Maximize backend product penetration while maintaining compliance• Deliver a transparent, customer-first experience aligned with the Subaru brand• Work closely with sales management to drive deal structure and profitability• Ensure all deals are processed accurately and funded in a timely manner
