WORK PERIOD: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Job Objective: Provides support to departments by handling a variety of tasks in order to ensure that all interactions between the organization and others are positive and productive. Performs advanced clerical and informational duties for a specified department; assists students, staff, and visitors with routine telephone, email, and/or walk-up inquiries; schedules calendar items and meetings; and establishes and maintains records. An incumbent in this position will follow generally standardized operating policies and procedures and interpret policies and procedures.
