SALARY COMPENSATION PACKAGE: $64,689.00 - $84,980.00 Annually
WORK PERIOD: 2026-2027 School Year - Monday-Friday, 8:20 AM 4:15 PM (10 mo.)

Job Objective: Provides assistance to students, as necessary, for them to successfully complete their program of study by monitoring each student's education plan and mobilizing internal and external resources required for student success. Operates in a team environment, provides career advising, guidance, counseling and crisis intervention to students. Maintains shared ownership and responsibility for student recruiting by assisting with student recruitment, enrollment, retention, and placement.
Qualifications
Education: Master's Degree in counseling or related area
Credentials: School counseling certification required
Experience: Minimum of three years successful experience in counseling. Preference will be given for experience in Career Tech Education and/or secondary counseling.
