Job Summary

Immediate opening for a Business Development Specialist to drive growth through lead generation, relationship building, and strategic partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on networking, enjoys working in the community, and is passionate about sustainability and recycling initiatives.

This hybrid part-time, temporary position has potential to grow and expand into an executive oversight and management position as the result of targeted increases in business revenue. Community and business networking are a must.

This is a wage-based position with potential commission bonuses (hybrid). An ideal opportunity for individuals who are confident in their ability to build relationships, generate new leads daily, and create a strong, loyal customer base for company growth and expansion.

About the Company

Moore Junk Removal & Recycling is a Veteran-owned junk removal and recycling service provider. We have a passion for providing on demand removal services with a priority on recycling. Our goal is to provide residential and commercial services beyond junk removal and disposal, but to focus on zero-waste targets for all aspects of the waste industry. Systems will be developed to sort all collected materials for recycling, reusing, or repurposing – lastly, targeting a 70% or more waste reduction of items that must go to the landfill.

  • Generate and qualify leads for junk removal and recycling services
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Track and report sales activity, leads, and conversions
  • Promote eco-friendly practices and educate clients on recycling options
  • Be familiar with warehouse operations and general business operation capabilities (what does the the business do)
  • Represent Moore Junk Removal & Recycling in a professional and community-focused manner

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or business development preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable with in-person networking and outreach
  • Passion for sustainability, recycling, and environmental responsibility

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hybrid W2 position with commission bonus opportunities
  • Starting 6 hours per week, $14.75 per hour
  • New client sales commission 15% of net sale

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $350.00 - $450.00 per month
