We're hiring an Advanced Practice Provider who wants schedule flexibility, outstanding loan repayment opportunities, and the chance to build meaningful relationships with patients in a collaborative outpatient practice.
You'll provide comprehensive primary care at outpatient clinics in both Fitchburg and Leominster while working alongside experienced physicians and a supportive multidisciplinary team. You'll have the flexibility to choose from 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts while practicing at the top of your license in a mission-driven, team-based environment.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $110,000 to $137,500
- Bonus opportunity: Quarterly incentive of up to $20,000 annually
