Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with projects including but not limited to weekly and month-end/year-end close processes, management reporting and preparing reconciliations
- Maintaining fixed assets schedules
- Assisting with system design and implementation/conversion
- Calculating and reporting indirect taxes
- Helping clients prepare cash flow and or financial projections
- Assisting clients with payroll processing and 1099 preparation
- Troubleshooting client issues as they arise
- Bachelor’s in Accounting; CPA or CPA-track preferred
- 0–2 years of audit/public accounting experience
- Strong Excel and audit software skills (CCH Pro fx, IDEA a plus)
- Excellent communication and client service mindset
