What You'll Do
- Prospect, develop, and secure new personal and commercial insurance clients
- Build and maintain a profitable book of business
- Develop lasting client relationships through consultative selling
- Leverage networking, referrals, and community involvement to drive growth
- Collaborate with account managers and agency staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Identify coverage needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
What You'll Bring
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required prior to hire)
- Previous sales experience preferred (2-3 years is a plus, but not required)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
