Our agency is seeking a highly professional and self-motivated Insurance Account Manager that is interested in personal development. We are looking for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment to work closely with our clients to meet their insurance needs.

Salary Range for this position is $35,000- $50,000
Quarterly bonus opportunity through agency growth incentive plan
Property and Casualty license is preferred but if you possess the people skills and employment commitment we are looking for, we are willing to offer the training if you do not have experience.
Job Responsibilities:
· Conduct account reviews with your book of business annually providing outstanding service
· Manage a book of business and service as the primary point of contact for your client’s requests
· Generate additional revenue on the book of business
· Maintains detailed customer documentation in our agency management system
· Interacts with team effectively by utilizing excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude
Experience:
· High School Diploma or College Degree preferred
· 1-2 years of office experience preferred
· Property and Casualty License preferred
