What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ride Attendant/Customer Service position at Moonshine Mountain Coaster?
We are looking for ride attendants responsible for monitoring, repairing, and attending to the coaster, including boarding and securing passengers, stating rules, and ensuring passengers exit safely. To be successful in this role you should have previous experience in a customer service position and work well under pressure. You should also be available to take evening and weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Ensure riders meet height, weight, and age requirements
- Explain safety procedures to riders
- Operate equipment to connect and monitor ride
- Ensure passengers are secured safely
- Inspect equipment to detect wear and tear
- Stop carts and de-board passengers in case of emergencies
- Provide assistance to patrons entering and exiting the ride
- Space carts appropriately to avoid collisions
- Enforce all safety regulations and stay current with safety rules and procedures
Requirements
- Familiarity with electronic equipment
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet customer needs and provide necessary assistance
- Ability to learn the procedures, rules, and regulations for the facility
- Ability to master multiple job responsibilities required for the facility
- Excellent time management skills
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time
- Ability to perform physical duties of the job in all conditions (indoor, outdoor, all weather)
