Job Summary: Provides support for substance-use disorders, and co-occurring clients while adhering to Moonlight Mountain Recovery policies and procedures in Idaho.
Salary: Based on experience
Essential Functions: Promote a respectful, ethical, safe and healing sanctuary environment. This includes respectful communication with all others at the job site, safe behaviors including driving speeds and a positive attitude.
Create timely, accurate and professional documentation of services provided, and other records as required.
Provide self-administration of medications accurately and documenting all medications taken.
Prepare and assist with meals for clients, including basic meal planning, food preparation, and kitchen clean-up, while following health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Maintains knowledge of and adheres to Company policies and procedures.
Competent and knowledgeable in ethical standards and confidentiality matters.
Communicates well and has a positive up-beat attitude.
Use of an electronic based records system and the use of common office equipment such as phone and fax machine.
Employee behavior should reinforce the skills taught in the program and reflect well on the image of the company.
Requirements: Must have a valid driver license and possess physical and mental health that is adequate to perform job duties.
Must pass pre-hire requirements including a criminal background check and drug screening.
Experience working with individuals with substance use and mental health disorders.
Empathetic and open-minded, with the ability to embrace change and set clear and firm boundaries with clients.
The ability to collaborate and problem-solve as part of team
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
