What You’ll Do Every Shift

• Greet groups, seat them in their private karaoke suites, and explain room controls, song queues, and food/drink menus.

• Take orders for tacos, sliders, wings, bottle service, cocktails, beer buckets—then deliver FAST while the chorus hits.

• Ring everything flawlessly on Square POS (split checks, add gratuity, run tabs for 4-hour room blocks).

• Upsell shots, glow props, and VIP upgrades to boost checks 20–30%.

• Keep rooms sparkling: clear plates, refill ice, wipe down tables between songs.

• Jump in to hype the crowd—hand the mic to shy singers, cheer wild performances, and keep the rotation fair.

• Close tabs, count tips, and roll into the next banger until 2 AM.

You’re Our Perfect Hire If You Have

• 1 years serving in bars, lounges, nightclubs, or karaoke venues (private-room experience = huge bonus).

• Hands-on Square POS mastery—you can split bills blindfolded and troubleshoot card readers at 1 AM.

• Current Nevada TAM Card, Food Handler Card, and Sheriff’s Card (or get them in 7 days).

• Weekend warrior availability: Wed–Sun, 5 PM–2:30 AM (we close Mon/Tue).

• Mega-watt personality—sing along? Dance behind the bar? You’ll fit right in.

• Can carry 3 trays a bottle sparkler through a packed hallway without missing a beat

• 21 (we card everyone).

What We Hook You Up With

• $12–$14/hr pooled tips (servers average $200–$400/night on weekends).
