What are the responsibilities and job description for the House Manager position at Moonlight Home Health Care?

Duties:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior support strategies
- Promote independence and community integration for individuals
- Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals at all times
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided
Skills:
- DODD (8) hr Initial/Annual training Certificate (must have)
- First aid and CPR certification (must have/we can help)
- Med. Cert. 1 & 2 (will train)
- Experience in childcare or working with individuals with special needs is preferred
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects or individuals as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with individuals, families, and team members
- Understanding of resident rights and ability to advocate for individuals' needs
- Familiarity with electronic documentation systems is a plus
- Manager Position (must have 6 months - 1 year experience managing staff/Client Care)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
