Summary
We are seeking a House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our youth residential homes. This role is crucial in maintaining a safe, organized, and supportive environment for our youth. This position will play an integral part in maintaining daily routines, keeping the house clean, and assisting with crisis prevention. The schedule for this position will be 10-hour shifts, 4 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the residential home to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
- Transporting to and from daily activities on campus; groups, mealtime, etc.
- Administering meds to youth, will train on our med passing procedures.
