At Moonlight Companies, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA/QC Clerk to join our team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision, utilizing your knowledge of quality control practices to ensure the highest standards of product quality.
As a QA/QC Clerk, you will be responsible for complying with standard operating procedures, USDA regulations, company procedures and policies, and HACCP activities. You will assist the Field Department in completing daily tasks, quality analysis, and audits, reporting any problems or issues to the Field Department manager immediately.
You will adjust or correct processes to meet Quality Assurance standards, record keeping in accordance with governing agencies, and assist in handling QA-related matters. Additionally, you will ensure all labeling for all products is compliant before and during production, promote and follow safety in the workplace, and account for setting up sampling and testing of product, submitting results.
We require a bilingual individual (Spanish/English) with knowledge/experience of Quality Control practices, the ability to work well in a team-based environment with limited supervision, and proficiency with basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
This role may encompass other duties than the specified duties listed above, and alternative duties can be assigned at the discretion of the direct supervisor.
