Leadership & Operations

Lead daily operations for plumbing and drain service teams

Conduct daily technician performance meetings (close rate, average ticket, profitability, options presented)

Manage on-call rotations and monitor overtime

Approve weekly timesheets and calculate project pay for install crews

Participate in Manager-on-Duty rotations
Sales & Revenue Growth

Drive service and installation revenue

Develop and implement strategies to exceed sales targets

Coach technicians on presenting options and maximizing job opportunities

Monitor KPIs and hold team accountable for performance
Team Development

Train, coach, and mentor technicians on technical skills, safety, and sales process

Conduct ride-alongs and field evaluations

Provide counseling and administer discipline when necessary
Customer Service
