YOUR SCHEDULE
This full-time customer service and sales role typically works Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.
YOUR DAY AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - INSIDE SALES SPECIALIST

QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma
- 3 years of customer service experience
- Extensive experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to make outbound phone calls and answer incoming calls while using exceptional phone skills
- Helping people must be part of your DNA
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Track record of over-achieving
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Experience with Service Titan (preferred)
