We are looking for a seasoned Technical Product Manager to drive the end-to-end delivery of innovative retail technology solutions. This role will lead the definition, development, and optimization of products that power core retail operations and customer experiences. Responsibilities:
- Identify and define technical product requirements: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, designers, and marketers.
- Create technical product specifications: Document product functionality, user experience, and system requirements.
- Coordinate/Manage product development: Ensure products are built according to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Track product performance: Use data analytics tools to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain technical product roadmaps: Manage product releases and prioritize feature implementation.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in the retail environment.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment tools to automate the software release process
- Experience using Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence)
Technical proficiency:
- Familiarity with cloud services like AWS/Azure for deploying and managing backend systems
- Understanding how to design and implement microservices to create scalable and maintainable systems
- Experience in designing, developing, and consuming APIs to enable communication between different system
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms, such as OAuth and JWT, to secure API endpoints
- Communication and leadership: Excellent problem-solving and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The salary for this position ranges from $100k/year in our lowest geographic market up to $120k/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Other forms of compensation are offered in the form of medical, vision, and dental benefits.
