We are seeking a Technical Program Management (TPM) lead Lead and execute large data conversion programs into customer's data ecosystem.
Location - McLean VA/Richmond VA (Hybrid)
Role Summary:
Lead complex, large-scale data migration programs in a highly integrated environment. Drive execution, manage cross-functional dependencies, and deliver cloud-native, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute large data conversion programs into customer's data ecosystem.
- Develop and maintain scalable, secure technical architectures.
- Coordinate across product, engineering, architecture, and business leads.
- Drive delivery timelines, governance, and risk/issue management.
- Quickly ramp on existing systems and deliver high-impact outcomes.
Must Haves:
- Strong Technical Program Management (TPM): end-to-end planning, execution, dependency management, and risk mitigation
- Data Migration Expertise - Large-scale transfers, integration-heavy systems. Prior Merger experience a PLUS
- Develop and maintain detailed technical architectures, ensuring scalable, secure, and cloud-native design principles.
- Agile Experience: JIRA/Confluence, sprint planning, documentation
- Cloud-native patterns (AWS preferred, OneStream/Omega useful)
- Strong Collaboration/Communication and Stakeholder management
- Understanding of APIs—-Nice to Have

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The salary for this position ranges from $120,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to 160,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Other forms of compensation are offered in the form of medical, vision, and dental benefits.
