Monzo Catanese DeLollis, P.C. is seeking an experienced, professional, and detail-oriented Legal Secretary/Paralegal to join our team.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work, maintains a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, and enjoys working closely with attorneys, clients, courts, and other legal professionals.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Prior experience as a legal secretary, paralegal, or legal administrative professional
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a busy law office
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience in civil litigation, real estate, land use, estate planning, and/or estate administration is highly desirable
- Paralegal certification or relevant legal education is preferred
