Monmouth County law firm looking for an experienced legal assistant/paralegal. Must have at least two (2) years legal experience preferably in Plaintiff Personal Injury litigation (PIP a plus) and be proficient in e-filing, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Adobe, and Dictaphone transcription. Must be responsible and organized, able to prioritize, multi-task and work independently as well as with a team. Job duties include preparing legal correspondence, pleadings, discovery, etc. as well as assist in maintaining the attorney’s court calendar, filing, and scanning. Position is full-time in person in our Ocean Township office, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Compensation commensurate with experience.
