Our client, an international law firm, seeks a driven attorney with a minimum of six years of experience in Trust & Estates to join the firm in the Boca Raton office. Join a group of professionals in private client, tax-oriented estate and trust planning, and wealth management.
What you'll need- An in-depth understanding of the tax code, trust and estates laws, securities regulations, and accounting procedures
- Significant client-facing experience
- Experience training and mentoring junior associates
- Effective tax planning skills and experience
- A background in wealth transfer, philanthropic giving, and business succession planning
- Portable business is not required, but is a plus
- Must be licensed in good standing in Florida
- A legal background working with high net worth families.
- Work onsite in Boca Raton; Miami may be considered.
- 6 years of experience in Trust & Estates
- LL.M. in Tax or Estate Planning is a plus
