Attorney - Civil Litigation

A well-established law firm in Portsmouth, Virginia, is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with 5–10 years of practice in personal injury or complex litigation. The firm represents clients in general civil matters and litigates cases in both state and federal courts, with a primary focus on personal injury, mass torts, medical malpractice, workers’ compensation, and products liability. Trial experience is highly preferred. Strong negotiation and settlement skills are required.

Flexible work arrangements are available, including the possibility of remote work for qualified candidates. Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, or West Virginia.
