Key Responsibilities - Civil Litigation Attorney
· Conduct legal research and analysis on various cases
· Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
· Represent clients in court hearings and trials
· Provide legal advice and counsel to clients
· Collaborate with senior attorneys and staff on case strategies
Qualifications - Civil Litigation Attorney
· Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
· Active membership in The Florida Bar
· 1-5 years of experience as a Florida attorney
· Experience in litigation related to real property, construction law, or contested probate is a plus
· Strong research and writing skills
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills
· Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail
