We're partnering with a highly respected Boston-based investment firm to identify a Workplace & Events Coordinator who enjoys creating an exceptional office experience while supporting a collaborative, fast-paced team.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the workplace runs smoothly, employees and guests feel welcome, and meetings and events are executed seamlessly.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a professional office environment
- Welcome employees, clients, and visitors, creating a warm and polished first impression
- Coordinate conference room scheduling, meeting setup, and shared workspace readiness
- Manage office supplies, kitchen inventory, food and beverage programs, and general workplace amenities
- Partner with building management and outside vendors to address facilities and operational needs
- Support employee onboarding, workspace coordination, and other office logistics
- Assist with planning and executing internal meetings, networking events, and special programs
- Coordinate vendors, catering, event materials, room setup, and on-site event logistics
- Process invoices, reconcile office-related expenses, and maintain organized administrative records
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve office operations and the overall workplace experience
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in office operations, workplace coordination, hospitality, event planning, facilities, or administrative support
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Friendly, professional, and service-oriented approach
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common workplace technology
- Flexibility to occasionally support early morning or evening events
