One of our clients* is a highly regarded Boston-based investment firm that’s looking to add an exceptional Executive Assistant to their team!
This is not your typical EA role - it’s a very high-visibility position supporting senior investment leaders while also playing a key role in shaping the day-to-day experience and culture of the office. The right person will operate as a true partner to leadership: someone who anticipates needs before they arise, keeps complex priorities moving seamlessly, and contributes to a polished, welcoming environment for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities will include:
• Managing dynamic calendars and shifting priorities for senior team members
• Acting as a key liaison with investors and portfolio company executives
• Coordinating meetings, including high-level board interactions and related logistics
• Handling detailed travel planning (domestic & international) and expenses
• Supporting the overall office experience: ensuring everything runs smoothly and professionally
• Assisting with internal events, meetings, and team initiatives
What they’re looking for:
• 5 years of experience supporting senior professionals in a fast-paced environment
• Background in private equity/venture capital/finance, consulting, law, or similar high-touch industries
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
• Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented
• Comfortable managing both strategic responsibilities and hands-on tasks
• Discreet, dependable, and detail-focused

Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
